MSNBC posted an article today stating that "Trans fats can be particularly deadly for women". I doubt that the "deadliness" of trans-fats is a shocker to you, but I would recommend clicking the link and reading the article (it's short!).
Some of the highlights include additional reasons to watch the oils you ingest (such as the impact of palm oil consumption on the earth) and the most common place trans fats are found (you can read the article to find out!).
Ladies, and gents! please remember that what you eat not only affects your tastebuds but your entire body and even the quality--and quantity--of life!
